Driver in "Custom Properties" doesn't update name

Blender Version
Broken: 2.78a

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
If you try to rename shapekey with a driver, Graph editor will update it allright. Now do the same thing with name "prop" in "Custom Properties" (through "Edit" button) and driver will get error, until rename "prop" manualy in Graph editor.
