Short description of error
Whenever I grab an object and try to move it, the object moves all over the place, sometimes off the screen even by barely moving the mouse.
It's also super jumpy if I click the middle mouse button and move the view around.
I'm using a 2017 rMB and it also does it on my 2013 Mac Pro desktop.

I'm using a Logitech g903 wireless gaming mouse and also tried a wired Razor Deathadder mouse and it does the same thing.
However using the trackpad is smooth.

It used to not do this awhile ago, can't remember which version of Blender last worked.
