This patch implements a new transform 'tool' for bones in editmode.
It lets the user set the roll of a bone interactively in a manner similar to rotating the bone on its y-axis in pose-mode. The hotkey Ctrl R is currently used to activate this. Also, can be found from the header menus. There is no support for transform manipulators.
I'm submitting the patch here for theeth and/or ton to have a look at, to check if all is sound and not too much code duplication occurs. If all is well, I would like to commit this to cvs in the near future (around 30th Nov/1st Dec).
