Short description of error

When you create a Lattice object, then the radius prop in the last operator shows the size, not the radius. Radius would be half the size.

Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

Open Blender, create a Lattice Object. Compare the Radius value in the Last Operator panel with the Dimensions panel in the Properties Sidebar.
