@Abdullah Amr (AbdullahAmr), if Blender worked before Windows updates and after updates stopped working, it's indicating the updates fault. Get drivers for your video card directly from nvidia.com and perform their clean install. Windows update loves to screw video drivers up.

@Ray Molenkamp (LazyDodo), did you ever see such an error message even?

it worked fine after the update only for just a few days then this happened my GPU driver is up to date updated using Nvidia before experience and I did the clean install

no this is the first time I get this error
all other apps and games work just fine

Games will not stress out OpenGL (they are mainly Direct3D on windows) and will not try to access any of OpenCL/CUDA API. Just as a matter of course, make sure you're using good driver by installing it from nvidia.com. Driver from windows update was causing far too many issues with Blender over the past year.

can you suggest me a good way to test my GPU?
my driver always updates through Nvidia's official app Nvidia Geforce Experience my driver version is 385.69

Just go to nvidia.com, Drivers and get driver for your card. Just re-install the driver, even if it's the same version. Geforce Experience might be confused if Windows secretly overwritten parts of driver's .dlls and will not detect that.

done i installed the latest driver from nvidia.com but still the same error massage

@Ray Molenkamp (LazyDodo), did you ever see such an error message even?

Never, page errors tend to come from bad ram/paging drive and bsod the system not just make the app terminate, not sure what's going on here, best suggestion i have is to check the event log for any events that might shed some light on what's going on.

my friend help me to know what shall i do
i hope that i understood what you meant

i am sorry to submit this comment
but i want to know if this issue is still active or is it beyond your ability to solve
and thank you

Its highly likely that this bug is specific to your hardware/driver configuration. These kinds of display issues are often caused by OpenGL driver bugs.

While its possible a software error in Blender, its worth checking if this functions correctly...

After upgrading graphics card drivers.
On a different system (with different hardware/drivers).
Using a Software OpenGL renderer...
On Linux/macOS, Official releases come with blender-softwaregl
On MS-Windows: Download this dll 64 bit / 32 bit and copying it so its located in the same directory as 'blender.exe' and run Blender normally.
If this is a driver bug, or we can't link to this to an error in Blender's code, the report may be closed as a driver error, so please help us determine whether this is a bug in Blender or not.
