Group: Unstable (example)

This patch may eventually offer an alternative for current IPO handles or even replace them. Currently it uses socket_circle_draw(...) function borrowed from nodes. I also had to tweak it a bit.

socket_circle_draw(...) should probably be generalized a bit and put to glutil.c. That way ipoballs could use it as well.

There may be better way to calculate scaling ratios for x and y (OGL view matrices?).
