This patch implements some improvements to the drawing of ghosts and bone paths for armatures. I've added a new panel in the armature edit buttons for editing these settings.

NOTES:
* The old drawing method for ghosts has been preserved (for now). So you can choose between the two drawing methods.
* Frame numbers are currently always drawn on bone paths. This will be fixed tommorrow (or whenever I have time to work on this more)
