Hi guys!
I'm really like the idea of top bar and I did my implementation of something like it in 2.79 actually.
By this reason I want to propose an opportunity to edit top bar.
Maybe add a button with edit icon which gives options to rename, add or delete, change order and icon.
The icons in my opinion is very informative and fast way to navigate rather than reading tabs names.

This new top bar is too charged.
I propose you use the functional new bar having the same operation this bar :

• Central wheel to move right/left bar
• Replace text to image 3d and move text in popup info
• Add tab "+" in left and right
• Posible to reorganise tab and save in UI
