Bevel don't stop to 45° in offset mode.

Short description of error
When i use bevel in offset mode the bevel don't stop to 45° but it stop to the half of the object.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Select the 2 oposites edges and ctrl-b and increase the offset amount.

Effectively it's my problem,
I performed a ctrl+a and scale to apply the scale.
After that works
