According to Google Translate, it is about changing/converting units to millimeter (but?) Blender uses centimeters.
Maybe a Unit Scale of 0.1 does the trick for you? It's in the Scene settings in the Units panel.
Import and export addons may or may not use this setting. Some might have an option to adjust the scale.

If this is about exporting, could you please tell us which exporter you are using?
Otherwise, I guess we need a bit more information regarding what exactly goes wrong... (steps to reproduce and description of expected vs. observed behaviour)
