[2.8] Unable to open blend file in 2.8

Description

Blender 2.8, 12th June build

I've created blend file in 2.8 and started modeling and placing lights.

Then, after the crash, I couldn't reopen the same blend file because I got immediate crash.

Creating new blend file, the UI is not the same as when I opened Blender 2.8 12th June build for the first time

Thank you for the report. Currently we are aware of many issues in 2.8 and actively working to fix them. But since replying to reports takes time, we have decided to limit bug reports to module team members

looks like the bots are back online though, i see builds coming in as we speak.
