Short description of error
Creating an static override for a linked character's armature crashes blender.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. On a new blender file, link collection "Character" from file.
  2. Make static override on linked collection "Character".
  3. Select "Armature".

Yep this is totally known broken currently, do not try to use static overrides with collections.
