Z key does not toggle X-Ray in Edit Mode

Windows 10 & Linux Mint 19
Nvidia Gtx 750

When in Edit Mode, Z key does not toggle X Ray instead it toggles "Limit selection to visible".
On the other side when X Ray gets turned on manually then the "Limit selection to visible" button disappears.

Thank you for the report. Currently we are aware of many issues in 2.8 and actively working to fix them.
But since replying to reports takes time, we have decided to limit bug reports to crashing bugs only at this point in time.
