Cycles Denoiser Doesn't Denoise Individual Passes

Hi,

During production we are using the denoiser, which is nice but we are rendering to separate passes. We noticed that the beauty pass was noise free, but the individual passes had noise in them. Could it be that the denoiser doesn't apply denoising to the passes?
