Description

Border/Lasso select currently only allows select, other tools support more advanced options (internally boolean add/sub/and/xor).

This task isn't huge but needs to be done for all border & lasso select operation.

The option will be exposed via the tool system, later we may expose it from the border select gesture too.

Campbell Barton (campbellbarton) lowered the priority of this task from 90 to Normal.

Notes:

Edit-mode armature border selection needs to use different logic to support this.
These changes should be applied to all border select operators (besides the 3D view).

Not wanting to get too bogged down on this one task now, will move to others and come back to this later.
