Short description of error
Knife gets buggy and you can't use it after you put 5000000 ( a big number ) in Clip End.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

1. Create a New Scene
2. Press N for options
3. Search View dropdown and insert 5000000 in Clip End
4. Create a cube and enter Edit Mode
5. Press K to cut with the knife tool.

The tool get's buggy .
