Short description of error Crashes when trying to startup. Won't open. Reported this before, unable to start new builds for months.

There's a chance it was the same bug as this one, that we just fixed today, if you had enabled internationalization: T57066: Crash due to i18n translation at startup on OSX Mojave (versionning code, Data names translation enabled) . Tomorrow's build will have that fix.

If not, can you attach the crash report? It will either be available from the dialog that says Blender crashed, or in Application > Utilities > Console > User Reports.
