Short description of error
In one particular blend file I am unable to add ANY object to the scene. Not even a cube. Restarting blender and restoring factory settings are not solving this problem.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the attached .blend and system-info files.

File is in local view.
Objects can actually be added, but you have to go out of local view to see them [by hitting / on your numpad or choose View > Local View > Toggle Local View from the menu]

Doesnt look like a bug here, closing...
