Short description of error
Extrude Faces Along Normal -> Extrude Region and Shrink/Flatten settings -> Offset Even option not toggleable and weirdly depends on Flip Normals

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Select object and enter edit mode
  2. Select some faces
  3. Use Alt + E -> Extrude Faces Along Normal tool
  4. Try to change Offset Even option
