Try to update to a more recent blender beta: https://builder.blender.org/download/
Additionally, update your GPU drivers: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/97500/graphics-drivers/graphics-for-4th-generation-intel-processors.html

If none of those work, attach the output you get if you run blender with "--debug-gpu". DO NOT paste the output in the comment section.
You can also try if "--debug-gpu-force-workarounds" works.
