Short description of error
Was working on the ear part of a male model and the Rotate CW does not function properly. When I use the Rotate CW it rotates CCW instead. The Rotate CCW works properly though.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I was working on t{F5916342}he face a few days ago and I was getting the same thing but I wanted to be sure before I submitted anything.
