Just alittle fix to speed up workflow with your "collections" feature.

Blender Version
2.80

Short description of error
To add a new collection faster the "name" edit field has to be already highlighted after pressed M and choose "New Collection".

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
By now it looks like this:

• "M"(for a new collection)
• "Up" or "Down" arrows(to choose new collection or some of already existing)

(then if new collection selected)

• Click by mouse to highlight the name to change it or press Enter to apply default name

Possible fix
I think it better like that:

• "M" (new collection)
• "Up" or "Down" arrows (choose point)

(new collection selected)
(the "name" edit field has to be already highlighted)

• Change the name and press "Enter"

So in this case we can double press "Enter" to apply default name or type the name and "Enter" to apply it
No need to mouse moving.
