Short description of error

In 2D Animation workspace, Grease Pencil has a lagging when you are drawing. At the moment of drawing, the tip line drawn is displaced from the starting point every time when you up the pencil from the board. Drivers are update (graphics card, windows and wacom)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
Plugin the wacom - open Blender 2.8 - Delete cube - add a Grease Pencil blank - 2D animation workspace - F draw pencil - draw - error.
