Graphics card: iGPU Intel HD4600

Blender Version
Broken:
blender-2.80-9149e894210-linux-glibc224-x86_64

Short description of error
Objects do not align after axis selection

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Select all objects in default scene
  2. Open Align Objects tool
  3. Select any axis
  4. Objects do no align unless you re apply or change option from "Relative to:" drop down

Cannot reproduce here (unless I am misunderstanding something)

I can happily:

  • select all objects
  • Object > Transform > Align Objects
  • select Z axis (I get immediate feedback here -- all objects jump to Z=0)

@Piotr Kudzin (sng84): do these steps fail for you?

You got it right, but i cannot get update on my machine no matter if i call the tool from object menu or via search menu, i will try to link quick video of this behavior...
What version of blender you used to reproduce it??

it works today :P with new build blender-2.80-cef41d0144e-linux-glibc224-x86_64
