Graphics card: MSI GTX 950 Gaming

Blender Version
Broken: 2.80 BETA

OFTEN crashed after change material (select in list - in node editor or in right panel)
also in render cycles.

sory, but cant send you all scene, then you can reproduce error, model is not my own, only model, that i made.....

Can you reproduce the crash in a new scene or does it only happen in this file?

Which version of Blender are you using exactly (the hash on the splash screen)?

Currently I can't reproduce a crash.

ok - include the scene-i find the way to reproduce.
open scene, open shading tab, select (if not yet) wall, in bottom node editor try to change material like in this screenshot https://yadi.sk/i/j-7WKUVIw268RQ
after that - boom! crashed! everytime.

The Blender version you are using is already more than two weeks old. Please check if the bug still happens in the newest version.

you can use (for test) my scene, that i uploaded earlier.

The issue seems to be with material preview "rendering" the preview_sphere object (from the preview .blend) and trying to use a material that is trying to use a UV that is not there.
That leads to the following assert:

There are multiple ways of reproducing this. For example:

Just open this file and rename the UV in the mesh panel.

Does it still crash for you?
Sometimes the preview is black when I try it, but it does not crash.

The problem was fixed indeed. The crash no longer happens.
