Wireframe drawing default angle limit too low
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

What is the point of having Wireframe? where you can't see all the polygons?
For what I remember this view is made to show all the polygons used by the model.
Is now only for the aesthetic purpose, just to look nice? Because indeed is look better but is kinda useless.

Its adjustable, See: Overlay -> Wireframe slider.

Edit, checking the defaults and the current 0.5 seems too low.

0.7 roughly matches blender 2.7x behavior, where edges of co-planar faces don't draw, but others are visible.

Anything against this change?

I will always use 1 in my personal settings.
Thanks for letting me know.

I thought Brecht changed the default to 1.0 as part of c1d82e58492?

It is for me on a completely clean install (maybe stale config).

It's my config that was stale, it's 1.0, closing.
