In 2.8, when you enter a color code, in the RGB node, like for example the color: "DAFF01"
and then you press enter, you will immediately see that the color code is changed in another color code.
If you select the code again, and press enter the code is changed again, and so on.
And seems that same goes to any other color input.
@Brecht Van Lommel (brecht), this problem again. I thought it was solved some time ago. Not sure how this report should be handled.
It seems to get the proper value after closing the color picker and reopening it, some kind of refresh issue.

I don't know but the bug is still there but is behavior different.
This time you need to sample the blue color from the object. Then you go in the color code and press enter and the color code will change from 0257FF to 0156FF.

And another problem, base on this matter, is that the black/white value is different when you click on the color.
To recreate this bug you need to enter the color code: "ff0100" in the RGB node, and then you will see this problem:
