Smooth Button: description update

Description

I just about lost my mind trying to figure out why the smooth button wasn't working... Somehow by luck I right clicked the object and figured it out... I've been searching for answers for about a week at least... Can you put some labels on this? All it says is

Smooth
Flatten angles of selected vertices.
Shorcut: Shift Spacebar, Shift 7

I may have glazed over a few details when I started using the new version. But the blender 2.8 manual isn't much help either.
https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/modeling/meshes/editing/transform/smooth.html

It doesn't say anything about using the RMB from what I read.

Design tasks are for developers to plan work, user feedback goes here:

The smooth tool does not require RMB to apply though, and the status bar shows what each mouse button does.

Sorry. I just saw your activity. I think maybe it's just an issue for the manual. Where should that go?

Tools are not documented in the manual at all yet. Smooth will be documented when that documentation gets written, no need to have a task for it.

Ok, well thanks. I kinda like doing things the hard way sometimes for learning purposes... The info in the release notes gets a bit convoluted because there's so much information. But now that I figured out that part and looked at the notes, a lot of things make much more sense now. Same thing for smooth shading... I figured that out by myself too.... I just haven't had a lot of time to sit down and figure out the new layout. And when I go looking on the internet for answers, I'm either not phrasing it correctly for my specific problem or there's just gaps in the manual where it's explained in a different spot. It's quite frustrating.
