Short description of error
First issue: When in fullscreen mode any other pop up screen goes behind it... Eg. when I want to edit preferences, the screen opens up behind the main screen, also when wanting to exit blender it goes behind main screen.

second issue: In edit mode, the poly build tool causes blender to crash. (whenever I try to use it)

The opening behind thing is an actively investigated issue, though it's not affecting everyone which makes it harder to reproduce and solve.

Please only report one issue per report. However as pointed out the first issue has already been reported.

I can't reproduce the poly build tool crash on my side.

Please make sure to use the latest blender beta: https://builder.blender.org/download/
And provide exact steps on how you make it crash.
