**when you key only one frame for matterial color in grease pencil, you cant change the color to key for second time*

All parameters of grease pencil materials cannot be animated. You can keyframe one key, but after that, you cannot change the parameter again.

As maybe is related to depsgraph, I assign to @Sergey Sharybin (sergey)

We can reasign later if need some chanegs in grease pencil area.
