Short description of error
Header disappear when the: Blender Preference -> Interface -> Display -> Scale Resolution/ Line Width are different from the default setting (in some value like :[1.68,Thik] , [1.86,auto])
*Just when the topbar collapsed, for instance, in the shading workspace.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup.

*When on thick line, the Header collapse regardless of the scale resolution.
*When on thin line, the Header collapse just when the scale resolution is under 1.
*When on auto line, the Header collapse when the scale resolution is smaller than 1 and in the range between 1.77 and 1.99.

Can you provide some clear steps to reproduce the issue, as well as a more clear explanation of the resulting issue?

And maybe make a short screen recording that shows the issue.

This steps:
When Blender Preference -> Interface -> Display -> Scale Resolution/ Line Width are different from the default setting (in some value like :[1.68,Thik] , [1.86,auto]) and the topbar collapsed, for instance, in the shading workspace.

Description:
The Header (where you can find the File,Edit, Help, Etc) been collapsed. instead of the topbar (the tools settings)

What do you mean by "the topbar collapsed"? Do you have an image or screen recording of the issue?

Maybe "collapsed" isn't the right word. Sorry English isn't my native language...
