Mesh objects are invisible if you open this file with the "load UI" option unchecked

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
uncheck "Load UI" in preferences, and save configuration.
Close Blender, open it again and open the attached file.
Mesh objects are invisible in the "layout" workspace
however, they are selectable, and you can see the shape if you select them.
they are visible again if you activate the "show the whole scene transparent" option

I can reproduce the issue in this file.

Can you reproduce the problem in a new file? If yes, how?

No, I couldn't, however, I have other files with the same behavior. these are assignments from students.
despite I couldn't reproduce this error, note that if you open these files with the "load UI" checked, all of them appear in workspace "layout" with "lookdev" and "make the whole scene transparent" activated.

This is not a bug. If you change to solid mode with Load UI, they also become invisible as the color alpha for them in Viewport Display under material settings has been set to 0.
