Linked collections are deleted globally when the parent collection is deleted

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
The collection "Link" was linked via draging the collection with CTRL pressed onto the default collection "Collection"

This is expected to behave that way currently, we are deleting, not removing links…

I think we should consider changing the behavior though, only deleting if there are 0 users left, otherwise just unlink. But that's outside the scope of the bug tracker.
