Reproject Strokes on cursor is missing from the list of options when invoking the "transform>reproject strokes" action in Grease Pencil.

Draw some strokes, select and in edit mode, select the strokes>transform>reproject strokes option.

The reproject on cursor (as seen in the documentation here: https://docs.blender.org/api/blender2.8/bpy.ops.gpencil.html#bpy.ops.gpencil.reproject ) option is missing from the option box that appears at the bottom of the screen.
