Append shortcut work fine only in specify area of Blender window.

Short description of error
When I put shift + F1 shortcut for example in 3D viewport, Blender switch me to File browser. When I use this shortcut above this section it works correct.


When I hit Shift+F1 on "D" area it works fine. On A,B,C switch me to file browser.

Shift+F1 is no longer the shortcut for link/append, it is the shortcut for opening the file browser.

You can use the F4 menu for quick access to link/append.

OK I understood now, I had shortcuts blender27 enabled. So not all blender27's shortcuts work correctly in 2.8?

I've fixed it in the 2.7 keymap now.
