Short description of error
UVs are correct in Solid render mode but wrong in LookDev and Render mode (the same for both Cycles/Eevee)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Just created new material and imported texture from Substance Painter to Image node in Shader Editor.

Checked your file. This is simply a user error.

You are using an environment texture node as a regular UV mapped texture. Use a standard Image Texture node instead.
