Short description of error
For the Grease Pencil blur effect, it works fine in the viewport.
But for image and animated rendering, if gives off this unwanted edge glow
What I have in this screenshot is a simple black stroke and fill
that's supposed to be like a first person view eye.
if u could look into this. thx in advance :-)

blender-2.80.0-git.ee0d8426ab6d-windows64
The issue still does persist in this build.
I also found this to be an issue. I attached a rendered frame. Can provide a minimal sample file if needed as well. Please let me know.
The front parts of the explosion should have a purple glow like the main part of the explosion behind. Instead it has a white edge. If I take the glow off of the back explosion, the white part is purple. After enabling/disabling each object/glow, I think I have concluded that it has to do with the front part of the explosion being a separate grease pencil object in a different part of 3D space. Based off of the poster's image, I think it has to do with transparency and multiple grease pencil objects (in different parts of 3D space). When I disable the back explosion, the glow displays fine.
