Desoiser off, but render use denoising. Also, the result of visualization is not as in version 2.79 - some materials - render incorrectly and denoiser result not so clear{F7020343}
Also - if switch view layer - blender crash

I'm getting an assert:

BLI_assert failed: /home/zed/prog/blender/source/blender/makesrna/intern/rna_access.c:3048, RNA_property_float_get(), at 'RNA_property_array_check(prop) == 0'

But I can't get it to crash.

The reason it is denoising, it that you have it turned it on in the main view layer. If I turn it off there, it works as expected for me.
Is this still an issue for you with the latest blender beta?

Yeah, just tested and it works disabling Denoising from the other View Layer. So is this considered a bug since the Denoising depends only on one view layer and not the active one?

It takes the layer that is used in the composting nodes and uses the settings from that one when it renders.
