Short description of error
esculpt mode does not show the mesh correctly, although it modificala correctly

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
any change in the mesh is not correctly represented in esculpt mode

1- Create a plan
2- add multiresolution
3- subdivide 3x and apply
4- go to sculpt mode

obs .: with 2 or 1 subdivide there are no errors/ the error occurs when the mesh complexity increases

Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

after using sculpting with dyntopo ->

This graphics card is outside the range of cards that we support, so if this a graphics issue we would not spend time fixing it:
https://code.blender.org/2019/04/supported-gpus-in-blender-2-80/

If it's an issue with the sculpt tools causing problems, we have similar bug reports about this open, for example T58920: Dyntopo sculpt and snake hook brush artifacts.

this board has opengl 3.3 support. It is very sad to know that the blender will not handle the message. I use it with blender and 3d unity to create games. the way is to embrace blender 2.79 xD

Funny that in Dyntopo, activating and deactivating smooth shading causes the mesh to be correct again

but if you keep doing it many times the program closes alone
