Short description of error
When I start blender the black console screen appears with a white twinkling underscore and stays forever without any other screen
EDIT : letting this black screen doing nothing, blender finally seems to start after 4 minutes. This is the same if I restart.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Happen when starting the app from the shortcut or directly, in admin mode or not. With updated graphic drivers and after a pc reboot.

So you never had a version that worked on your computer?

We've had issues before where scanning for bookmarks or recent files could cause slow startup, due to long timeouts when trying to access a network or external drive. Have you saved or accessed files on such a driver from Blender?

I don't think there are known issue for this in 2.80, but there might be a case we missed.

Jacques, sorry I though I put more details, I was using blender before I changed my graphic card without that delay at startup, and I'm not 100% sure I've not used blender after that without the delay.
Brecht, I don't think I saved files on a network or external drive, but having deleted the appdata blender folder removed the recent accessed files ?

Have you tried using a driver cleaner and then installed the latest nvidia drivers?

No I didn't, however, I'm sorry I won't be able to help again as it seems to work again, I just tried and blender opened fast. I don't see what I changed...
