Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.80 (sub 74), branch: blender2.7, commit date: 2019-06-04 22:32, hash: rBe80cbdac331a
Worked: (optional)

Menu and Splash screen transparent. Preferences menu artifacts.

When Blender opens, the Splash screen appears transparent and the same happens with Menu. I tried to check preferences but I found some strange artifacts like strange lines from left bottom corner to where a checked box should be.

I uploaded three screenshots showing the problem.

Hi @Tolis Pappas (Lakman)

Did you had this problem also in previous versions of Blender2.80?
Can you tried to Load Factory Settings in case this is related to any transparency issues in the current theme.
I would like to see the actual system-info to get better insight of the system you are running. Can you go to Help -> Save System Info and upload the file to this bug report?

Hi
Thanks for the quick reply. The previous version of Blender 2.80 that I had downloaded about two or three weeks ago didn't have this problem. Anything looked to work fine. Unfortunately I didn't keep it to know which one was exactly.

Did the Load Factory Settings work?

I was able to get similar results by changing the theme settings

If I change the alpha channel of Themes => User Interface => Menu Back => Inner to zero I get similar results for the splash screen and top menu.

I am not able to get the same results as your preferences, but it seems like you loaded the non standard theme.

This is the exact same problem as T65383, where a "Load Factory Settings" unfortunately doesn't change things. On a cleanly installed macOS machine with just Buildbot daily Blender 2.80 beta's installed.

I tried Load Factory Settings but nothing happened. Also, all I see when I open preferences -->Themes --> User Interface --> Menu Back is the following screenshot. All options in Preferences menu seem to have almost disappeared.
