EEVEE - Object Motion Blur not working

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Open the attached blend file
Play back the animation - No motion blur visible
Moving only the camera fast motion blur works in EEVEE
Moving an object motion blur doesn´t work in EEVEE
Is this a limitation?
