Pop-up menu doesn't show sub-menus onMouseOver when Windows XP display is rotated with Nvidia control panel
Closed, ArchivedPublicKNOWN ISSUE

Description

The sub-menus are not visible until you hover over them or until you click on their menu parent. The correct behavior is - that they are visible from the moment you hover over their parent. This is especially annoying when selecting modifiers, because you have to anticipate the sub-menu position and go there with your mouse for the menu to show.

This is only related to the desktop-rotated mode (tested with Nvidia 90° rotation)

Interesting, what is this new mode?

Do note that Blender does nothing but use opengl for the UI. When things don't draw well, it means opengl is messed up. Nothing we can fix really, apart from adding another bypass/hack in our code...

It is a simple rotation of the desktop - when you rotate your LCD 90 degrees, you can work in "Portrait"

This is a generic request to test your bug report and see if it is still an issue in 2.5alpha2 if so please let me know by making a comment in this report ie 'also in 2.5alpha2' and I will add it to the 2.5 bug list.
