Short description of error
In object and edit modes low performance of viewport in compare with maya 2017 (show in video).
The problem precisely in conjunction rx 470 and blender 2.80.xx, because in blender 2.77 in object mode performance good (ofcourse in edit mode there low to)

We are always looking to improve performance, but we don't handle it is a bug report if performance is slower compared to another app. This tracker is strictly for things that are broken, not potential improvements.

At least the first 15 seconds?
Huge performance loss in blender by one step.

Try with factory settings, that add-on to display stats or other add-ons may well be slowing things down.

I did many advanced steps to fix problem. but i forgot to make basic step.
