I believe the AMD ARUBA chips (Trinity/Richland) were TeraScale 3 architecture which is older than the GCN Gen 1 required for official support in 2.80.

As always, be sure you have the latest available drivers for your video hardware for the best results, but in this case your hardware might be too old to support all the 2.80 features well.

If you can provide an example .blend file I'd be happy to try it here to confirm it's not a different issue.

i only use Linux and will never use other than Linux
i download blender 2.8 every day or when the new release uploaded from the official blender website
5 days ago from this message, i did not have any kind of any problem with blender on Linux
i use the open source AMD drivers from mesa3d .. it's called mesa open source drivers "radeon"
i installed all the mesa drivers from the synaptic package manager
and [[now]] "even with eevee scratching colors when moving or rotating" i have no problem with cycles what so ever, so saying that my laptop is too old, well, yes my AMD laptop is old and so powerful and very compatible with Linux

anyway .. i am sending several screenshots to show my laptop info, specs, gears testing and one small basic blend file

Your .blend files look fine here (Windows 10 / Nvidia 1060) in Eevee rendered viewport mode as well as an F12 Eevee Render, both in RC1 as well as the current master version.

Your AMD A10-5750M processor with integrated Radeon graphics is indeed based on the TeraScale 3 GPU architecture which is just a bit older than what is officially supported by 2.80. It may work great with Linux and it may continue to work great running Blender 2.79, but it may not have the required hardware features or driver support required to work with 2.80 features like Eevee that have greater requirements than 2.79 did.

Did you save any of the older 2.80 beta versions that worked for you?

no .. am updating and saving my blend files with every blender new copy

i think it will be fixed by mesa OR blender OR both

Dunno man ¯\(ツ)/¯

but i am sure that it will get fixed .. till then, i will stick with cycles >> it's working perfectly

I'm archiving this task as it's about non-supported hardware.

but it was working great, on the same hardware .. it start just from 2 to 3 weeks ago
