SVN Authentication Issue

Description

I have the commit issue for more than a week. I have tried on Windows 10, macOS, use the same ID & PW to commit, but it always show that authentication failed. I also tried to change the password, but it does not work.

Actually, I registered a new account to commit. This ID still can't commit to SVN. Sergey said it might be the prefix “ID” caused it.
