Operating system: Windows 8 (2012)
Graphics card:
Integrated with the processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3120M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

Broken: 2.80

I have a same error as in https://developer.blender.org/T55787, however, if i'm trying to start blender from terminal with --debug-gpu this image is on the screen

somebody please help!

Please make sure you have installed the latest driver for your graphics card, I'm guessing it's an Intel card:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

If that doesn't help, please run blender_debug_gpu.cmd bundled with the Blender installation, and attach the resulting files here.

Never mind, i downloaded windows 8.1 and it works good. sorry for wasting your time.
