Short description of error
'Save As...' accidentally replaces any blend fill without warning.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Goto 'File | Save As...' and select any blend file and click 'Save As Blender File' - No Warning!

[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]
Use any file.

Although! This a some type of feature request.. but as it's very needed (without it user's very important data can be lost accidentally in a sec without any warning) so i vote it up as a Bug/Error...
Also It's not matter, you select the file accidentally, but you can accidentally write same name as other (pre file exists) and will be overwritten...
Same prob with Blender 2.7 and 2.81 Alpha (daily build). hope will be fixed soon
