Short description of error
I've instaled the OpenColorIO-Configs and I can't select presets from the end of the list in one monitor (monitor resolution 1920x1080). Right now the only solution to select a Color Space preset from the end of the list is to place blender in the middle of two monitors.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
- install OpenColorIO-Configs: link
- select a Color Space from the end of the list in one monitor in Movie Clip Editor - Footage settings
- select a Color Space from the end of the list in one monitor in Properties - Color Management - Sequencer
- select a Color Space from the end of the list in one monitor in Shader editor - Object /or/ World - Image node - Color Space
