Please excuse me if this post is in the incorrect place.
I have found that in my dual monitor configuration I am only able to use blender if either:
1) My monitors are configured as Primary to the left of the secondary (Blender works on both screens)
or
2) My Secondary is to the left of the primary (Blender will only work on the Secondary screen)
Pictured in attachment Dual.png
Normaly this would not be a problem except I have my secondary screens configured as the second example, therefore moving Blender to my primary screen causes the interface and rendering to not respond; however as soon as I move the window to my secondary screen everything works fine.
I also confirmed that reconfiguring my driver to the first configuration listed above works fine.

This isnt a bug in blender, Problems running 3d over multi monitor are todo with your OS and drivers. maybe because its a mobility version its not designed to work will in these situations?
Moving to OpenGL errors.
